Is there anyway to get an access database that has a ODBC connection to automatically populate the password field.

When ever I try to run a query (for the first time) it comes up with a username and password box.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Delete the links to your odbc tables, and recreate the links (relink the tables). When Access brings up the list of tables for you to link, make sure the "Save Password" checkbox is checked. This way, it won't prompt you for a password when you query the linked tables.

So Simple and yet I couldn't work it out. Thanks.
