ns500 mobile extention

hi
my clinet got ns500 with sip trunk lines.

when he get call to extensions and with forward to cell phone the CID is the CID of the person that makeing call.

when he get call to office + mobile extention, the mobile CID is the office and not the person that make call to the office.
is there any solution to configure it?

Ask this question to the provider.
Will the provider allow someone else's CID on its network.
This is prohibited in our region.
 
on forward its work good
the problem is only on the mobile ext

 
Maybe here, at item 2.9 Option 4 feature "Send CLIP of Extension Caller" set disable.

may be because the ring come from a group
