I have never encountered this before, but I have a report that is written and saved in Landscape orientation. Anytime I go into the print options, it is defaulted to print landscape. However, when you go to run it, you can choose to either "preview" or "print". Either way the parameters box comes up and you enter the daterange you want to look at. If you hit the preview button - it previews the report in landscape and you can print with no problem. However, if you hit the Print button, the report automatically prints; but it prints in a portrait orientation!

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this happens and how to fix it please?

Thanks,
Nomi

Check what printer you have available on the box that is printing it, perhaps there's something wrong there.

As a test, connect to another printer (install the drivers) and see what happens.

Could even be a bad printer driver.
