Not going to Voicemail 3

I have a phone that is not going to voicemail. If there's no answer, the phone just rings forever. If it's busy, the next caller gets a busy signal.

What do I need to check/fix to get this phone to roll over to it's voicemail box? (Please be explicit...I don't know a lot about this system and how to work on it.)

What kind of phone model is it? Is fna hta allowed in CLS in the programming? Is your voice mail Dn programmed in the fdn and hunt prompts?

Print the TNB and post it up here, then we can tell you exactly what the issue is. YOu have to make sure COS hunt and lhk are set correctly.

Looks like the FDN field is incorrect, based on what your HUNT and MWK fields are set to.

Try changing FDN to 7300.

If you didn't fix it yet also check if the phone is forwarded. I've also had the situation where the forward is cancelled and the call still won't get sent to voicemail so I have to change it to another destination and then back to voicemail
