Can you post me a traver from your Line to 911?

Thanks for the response. Sorry for not getting back sooner. Not sure how to attach file (first time user). Yes I'm using IBNXLA. What I'm trying to do is get my 911 calls to route to a printer or file/log for quick review. I would like them duel routed to this new log/printer and the current SMDR feed which goes to another location.

Copy the traver from your terminal screen (whatever interface you are using for accessing your SL100) in to the message window. You can use

[code][ /code]

(remove the space between "[" and "/") to display all of the copied text in a fixed-width font.

Use option "CLI" on redirect number(s). See NTP for information. Calls with be logged in LOGUTIL under file LINES. There are two Line XXX (switch traffic and trunk traffic). Just redirect Line XXXs to your printer.
