Hello. Long time reader, first time posting. This forum makes my job so much easier.
We have a CICS + FlashTalk 2, and 5 lines. Everyone in the office answers phones, so there's no "receptionist", and we have all lines assigned to Appr & Ring on all sets. After 4 rings, voicemail answers the lines. We like having all the lines appear on each phone (makes it easy to move calls around the office).
We're having an issue where, if two calls are ringing at the same time, and one person answers the first call, the 2nd call goes silent in the office. The caller can still hear a ring tone, and the call still flashes as though it's ringing, however every phone in the office stops making the "ringing" sound.
Any thoughts as to why this may be, or what I could do in the programming to stop this from happening?
Thanks,
Curtis Machek
