Does anyone know how to get external call forward to work on a MICS? No problem on a CICS but I cabn't get it to work on the MICS.

should just need to set up Route and Desti code and Allow Redirect for the phone. What is your software level because I think you need 4.1 or higher.

You do need 4.1 or higher. Also, remember you cannot have a line pool button on any phone because you do not setup line pool's with a 9, 8, etc.

My tech got messed up by the routing programing. It was absorbing digits. Might want to check that out!
