I am trying to develop reporting software for a call center. The telephone system uses the Nortel Norstar CTA 100 to integrate the Telephony & Computer.
My question is how do I get access to the API or TAPI?
Should just be able to "hook" into the driver of the CTA100 and pull information from that for the reports?
Please any answers or suggested would be greatly appreciated.
PS: The company has already looked at the SMDR unit, (reading the RS-232 output to a text file would great), however the SMDR unit does not give them the flexible they need in administrative tasks.
