No Data Displayed in Web Intelligence

I have a report that displays the appropriate data when run from the BusinessObjects client application on my local machine. However, when I publish the report to Web Intelligence, the report does not return any data. The user prompt is displaying the correct "choices", so I know there is at least a connection to the DB.

Does anyone know what might be going on or have any suggestions how I can fix? Thanks.

Hi,

Few questions to be cleared:-

1. Did you use the same user to login to WebI???

2. Does other reports work perfectly???

3. Is there any restrictions set at Supervisor Level for the concerned user???

4. What is the prompt show??? Is that some Date/Time data??? If so, the dataformat could be the reason.

In response to your questions...

1) The user is the same for WI and Biz Objects
2) All the reports follow the pattern I described. That is, they work from Biz Obj, but not on Web I
3) There are no restrictions on the user
4) The prompt is straight text, not date / time

FYI, BizObjects confimed that this was a documented bug that was fixed in a SP.
