No beep after voicemail greeting 1

We have IP office with VM pro in Intuity mode. Over the weekend we had a power outage and since then when a call comes in to vim they getting the greeting but no beep to indicate the recording has started. We have rebooted IP office and VMPRO server several times but still can't get the beep to come back.

Any ideas?

Perhaps the WAV file that is the peeps is corrupt. Try reinstalling VM Pro
