Night Service

We have have a Merlin Legend R7.0 and have Night Service button on the main operator console (x100). When Night Service is enabled it forwards to a phantom extension (x200) which is a night ringer so anyone in the building can answer the incoming calls.

We've recently added a 2nd Operator Console (x133) and have the Night Service button on her console set up the same way. But when she turns on Night Service on her console, it doesn't forward to the phantom extension.

Any suggestions on how to get the 2nd console's night service to work properly?

I figured out the problem.

When I set up night service on the 2nd console I set up the extensions to forward to, but I forgot to add the trunks to cover.
