Nice Error Codes

Hi Guys, we have recently had NICE Universe 8.9 installed, but we are having a few problems, in Query some of our agents have errors in the status column, the errors are:

E141000
exp014
exp015
exp016


Can anyone please tell me what these mean as NICE arent being very forthcoming with any anwers.

EXP14 = Screen Recording Failed, 14100 generally indicates that the recording started but failed during recording, thus the recording was deleted.

Exp15 = Unmapped Voice Recording (i.e. if you are doing trunk side recordind the value in the trunk field doesn't match a value in your channel mapping)

Exp16 = Unmapped Screen Recording (i.e. the CLS cannot find a workstation with the credentials you have supplied for that agent, check the OS Login Id/Extension Id/Agent Id of both the workstation and the agent in the administrator application to check they match).
