Hi,

I have the following problem:

A PC connecting in a switch cannot access the Intranet.
So:
ping on Server which belonging to LAN it's OK
ping to router doesn't respond
Another PCs connected to the same SW are working fine.
After the scanning process with Symantec Antivirus no virus found

Can some tell me how can solve the problem ?

Thanks

Im not sure this is the right forum to post this. It doesnt sound like a security or hacking issue.

I think It's possible to be a malicious program. In addition, at sent packets I had 2.5MB(big traffic) and at received packets only 400KB.

We're gonna need more info...

Why do you suspect malware? Have you run other antivirus products (none of them are 100%)? Have you run any antispyware products?

ping to router doesn't respond
Can another machine ping the router? If so, this is the problem.

Check the network card or patch-cord to the pc. Even though there may be a link light, there still may be a short. To test the network card, go to the command prompt on that pc and ping itself and see if the nic card responds. Also, if you think there may be malicious software on the pc, look in the task manager and watch the processor and memory spikes and see which process may be the culprit if any. (<-- not sure if I spelled that correctly)

Make sure that the dhcp users on the router isnt set too low. As once you reach the number you have set, any others will be rejected.

Or the Ethernet forum or the TCP/IP forum or any of a number of network-related forums. But since you believe your security has been compromised, I think this a valid forum for your question.

You can ping a local server, so you have a good IP address and a valid physical connection.
