Hi,

I have a pix 516 set-up and working well, we are using the Cisco 3.6.3 client and can connect to the VPN however I can only browse Win2K servers. None of the winnt servers will let me browse, but I can run outlook connecting to exchange 5.5 running on a nt box?

Any ideas?

ipsec does not support multicasts or broadcasts. Some vendors use their own methods eg checpoint "office mode" but as far s I know their is no support as yet for the client. However there is now support for site to site multicast support between cisco ios boxes

Are the servers/hosts you cant see presistently mapped? example: are you using a laptop you use at the office with drives that are mapped with a server logon script and then you take your laptop home, connect with vpn and now you can't see your mapped drives?
