Netware Cluster Backup failure

Whenever I try to backup my Novell Cluster volume it gives me the strange message of "Backup Status: Unknown" in my activity log.

I have updated to the latest versions of the SMS NLM's and still have no joy. I have tried with cluster=on and cluster=off modes on the TSA.

I'm stuck, and need your help!!

hi,
i've read somewhere that you must load your cluster services (ldncs) a long time before your nwagent (in autoexec.ncf)... it works... for a few days...
after all, choose in backup manager "Network" instead of "netware system"... (i never make it work otherwise)
Now i've in report : job failed and on the agent : job complete in 4 minutes!!!! AS is the best!!!
well, if you can make it work, tell me.
