Hi!

I am trying to remote desktop via Netmotion. I have connection and I know that the computer I am trying to connect to is turned on, however, I keep getting an error saying "This computer can't connect to the remote computer. Remote desktop cannot find the remote computer. Type the computer name or IP Address again, and then try connecting. If the problem continues, contact the owner of the remote computer or your network admistrator." Anyone have any suggestions that I can try?

Are you including the port number? Just a thought.
