Is it possible to nest overflowing of hunt groups.
I.E.
Group1 - overflow to Group2
Group2 - overflow to Group3

It doesn't seem to work for me, any ideas. It does roll over to Group2 but not group4.

did you have the over flows for grp 1 as both grp 2 and 3

or did you have grp 2 overflow set as grp 3

from what i know grp 1 has to have both overflow grps set there, if grp 3 is set in grp 2 overflow then it will only overflow for calls direct to grp 2.

The primary huntgroup always controls the call handling, what the overflow grp is set to doesnt matter, if this makes sense.

Group1's overflow set is Group2, and Group2's overflow set is Group3.
I don't want call going to the phone of users in Group3 unless absolutely no one else is available.

Is there another way to accomplish this?

Yes!

In group1's overflow-list first put group2 followed by group3.

If you put group2 in twice, it wi'll run the overflow time twice.

Hope it helps.

If I put Group2 then Group3 in Group1's overflow list. The phones in Group2 will ring first the Group3.

Is this correct?

Thanks

yes this is correct, if you put group 2 twice before group 3 as mentioned above it will go round group 2 twice before going to group 3
