Need IP address for URL's 1

I'm using an application that requires absolute IP addresses (not text) to access sites.
How would I find the IP address of any site, please? Say, , for example.

CmdPrompt ping just gives blank line.

Thanks. tracert gives same as ping: blank line.
Google sent me to I used DNS Report which included IP address along with other interesting stuff.
