Need help with WEBBOT's in Front Page - which I think is VB related.

I am kind of confused with webbots.

Such as:

And ... other webbot stuff - that seems to be showing up in my Front Page documents ... such as:

I would greatly ... greatly appreciate help in understanding :

1) What webbots are?
2) How I can create them - on my own (or if this is even possible?
3) How can I modify webbots? (Where are they modified .. and in what way?)
4) In general ... I would like to know more about them?
5) Can webbots be used on a UNIX server or only on a Windows server??
