Running:

Windows 2003 Server SP1
Legato Networker 7.1.3
Adic Scalar 100 6x LTO3 Fiber Channel

1. I've got a group that is still running (index hasn't written for a single server with a first time 949GB backup - very important).
2. Another group that was stopped, but is still "writing" (even though it isn't).

I desperately need to have the second group end A.S.A.P., but I absolutely cannot stop the nsr services on the backup server itself as the first group is a critical server.

Is there a way to stop the second group via CLI or am I fubared?

This is hard - you will be able to do this via the task manager. Unfortunately the only criteria to distinguish between the two groups is the PID. And the only rule that is for sure is: the group which started first must have a lower PID. Good luck.
