need help for CIL 2

dear,

I need a help to know, whether my system is configured for call billing? because, I know,there is no ring master installed here, but, i doubt that some other type of call billing software is working here.

how can i find out, the data is sending out? I am using Ethernet port for call billing

you can't, the PBX acts as a client and will connect to the server address defined in IONCP;

check these printouts:

CLDFP;
CLINP;
ALLOP;

thanks for the info.
Crystal reports are programmed to collect the data, but it is not getting data from the system. So the billing unit has raised up the issue.

the power failure was in the starting when one magazine was not connected to the system. and later the second magazine connected, but the alarm didnt go
 
oh dear!!!

i solved the problem.

i reprogrammed it with header other details! now it is working fine.
