Name display in network wide

Dear Friends,
i am facing a issue of name is not displaying in OS4K system from other hipath 3000 systems from both side for some extensions.
Some extensions its showing and some not.
what will be teh issue may be.

can any one guide me to resolve this issue.

Normally down to COP/COT but if some names are working then it might be that the names are too long ?
Try with 2 known extensions, 1 on the 4K and 1 on the 3K
Might also be CAPTIALS or lowercase problem

Keep your names to 16 characters max including spaces and punctuation and see if it makes a difference.
