Set up a CCR tree for a customer and programmed trunk lines for "zero rings". When call comes in to the auto attendant, it answers with "one moment please, you have pressed an incorrect key" and then goes into the CCR tree.
I moved it out to one ring and it works fine, (company greeting and CCR tree). Has anyone experienced this problem?

probably you are getting additional incoming 'digits' after the system answered the call - what type of trunks are these?

Thought the same thing and called their carrier while on site to ask questions but they felt that all was good. It's a MICS 1.1 with T-1 set as E&M's, manual answer.

if you have analog lines -> maybe you can test it out with zero rings and see ...

maybe you can play with E&M answer timers

Thanks Senk1s,
I'll do just that.

If you have CLID it won't work with 0 rings.

They don't have CLID John but I'm thinking it's a "timing problem" as Senk1s suggested, just haven't got back to the customer as yet. I will post if it's something interesting.

I have had analog trunks with some sort of digits attached ...ask telco...or just make sure they are primed to reception at 3 reings and assign to pickup on aa at 1 or 2rings
