The NAM was being reinstall because the ext numbers were being changed to 3 digits.

Here are two problmes that happened.

1) The Leading Digit was changed by mistake to ( 1 )
2) The Primary Language was changed to Spanish

I can get into F983 with the usual default PW. I tried to default the PW via F985 and even with the Spanish prompts it looks like I defaulted but when I try to enter F983 with the usual default PW it is telling i spanish that it is invalid.

Is there a way to reinstall and default the whole thig all over again?

BTW it is saying ACCESO/CLAVE:

Which is translated to ACCESS KEY:

Found out that some how MB 102 was changed to MB 202. Once I figured that out I was able to log in and then reinstall the entire thing.

I thought that Bilingual mode just made the pimary AA prompts change not the actual programming display via F983.

This is a Spanish real estate office. How do I make the primary AA prompts play things like "One Moment Please", Comapny Directory etc.?

Log into f983 102xxxxxxx when at main menu press 2.
phone system f*501 english, f*502 french, f*503 spanish.

phone system f*501 english, f*502 french, f*503 spanish."

thats for the set.

For voice mail you need to put mailbox 102 into an english class of service to view F983 in english...if spanish is the primary then use an even COS number like 2.

WWhat if some of the employees are spanish only can I program a mailbox to speak spanish and other mailboxes to speak english for any extension or do I have to make them either english or spanish?

Yes, what I just told you.

Class Of Service odd numbers are the primary language, even numbers are the alternate language.

So if Primary is Spanish then use COS 2, 4, 6 8 etc for the mailbox when creating or changing it.

Then do f*503 on the phone so it is spanish also.
