NAM 4.0 Channel Upgrade?

I have a customer who has a NAM 4.0 with 4 channels. I called Nortel and got the key codes that match the serial number for a 2 channel upgrade. I'm pretty sure how do it but I don't want to mess it up. I did the f920 and access2 to log in and looked around and it seems there are two upgrade sections. One for the software upgrade and one for the channel upgrade...I just don't want to mess it up, if anyone could help that would be great!

I enter the key code and it continually replies "invalid key code" I double checked the key code and it is correct.

I'm using the fast rad to dial in, does that have anything to do with it?

No ,you should be able to enter it from a phone or fastrad no difference.I think you have a wrong key code.make sure that you have the correct serial no.and call the vendor that supply you with this key code.
