MWI for MiVoice Office (Mitel 5000)

Hello fellow techs,

On a Mitel 5000 aka MiVoice Office, can I expect Single line phones (Vodavi starPlus 2800 models) to get a MWI lamp lit when their associated mailbox receives a new voicemail message? at the moment all I can get is the 6 tone audible alert.

It's just crazy that I can't find a definitive answer to whether or not a Single Line phone can or can't get a MWI lit when it has a voicemail message...

Is there a switch on the single line phone to allow different voltages or maybe an menu selection on the phone. I have a single line phone on an sx200 that has one hidden under a plate on the top right corner, I changed the setting on it and it worked. not sure about the mitel 250 / aka 5000 . but worth a try to see.
