Multiple Querry based upon user input

I would like to pull records from a table based upon multiple "user selected" criteria with up to 5 different criteria (taken from pull down menus) and then show the results in a spreadsheet view. I've done this via querry design view and setting up the criteria for all of the different combinations but is extremely difficult to do.

Is there some code I can use to make this task much easier?
