Multiple Extensions on Single KX-DT343

I have a KX-TDA100 with a KX-TVA50 installed and KX-DT343 phones. Can I set up two extensions on one KX-DT343?

plug the second dt-343 into the jack on bottom of the first dt-343 it should in most cases come right with an ext number.
If it doesn't come up right away or comes up without a ext number the dxdp has been not been ext numbered or it taken out of service by the installer so the enduser does not mess with things !

The better way to do this is to create a ICDG with the ext in the group. Use the real ext for one staff, and use the ICDG extension for the second staff. Then you program a ICDG button on the phone to show incoming calls. You can even assign a distinctive ring tone for the ICDG button. If you want mailbox for the second staff, you create a ICDG mailbox and assign a message waiting button on the phone to show new messages.

I am not sure if that was the answer to question he asked but you can also use pdn's and sdn's the same way you suggested !

I would not use PDN/ SDN just for one phone in the office. It changes the way to use the phone so much that it will cause more confusion to the user.
