Multiple archives running simultaneously

I am trying to get two archives to run simultanously. I can get my Magstar 3570 to use both drives, but it alternates instead of running at the same time. Does anyone have any idea on how to get them to go at the same time.

My environment:
AIX 4.3.3
TSM 4.1.2.0

I assume you're for some reason trying to do 2 at the same time on the same client? Check the MAXNUMMP parameter on the TSM server. This will limit how many mount points a single client is allowed to use.
