MSQuery in mail merge problem

The problem I'm having is I'm trying to do a mail merge using MSQuery. I open the document and search for the data source. When query comes up, I choose my DSN. After choosing my file, I get an "Unhandled Exception occurred" error.

I'm using Word 2000 and MSQuery 2000.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

The problem is most likely at the client not on SQL Server. I recommend running Office repair or reinstalling MDAC to correct the problem. There may be an underlying OS or hardware problem. You may need to ask some questions in an MS Office forum or Windows forum. Terry L. Broadbent - DBA
