Hi
I'm a complete newbie with Flash - I'm using it to edit a flash header in a web template I bought online.

I have replaced the company logo with a gif coverted to a symbol using the "swap symbol" method. This worked fine but because the shape has changed, I need to move the text over a bit (precise eh?) This works fine in each frame but when the movie plays, my innacurate placing shows up with the text wiggling about. How do I apply the position change to all instances of that text throughout the movie in the same way?
Thanks for any help, tips or advice.

Christine.

Guess you'll have to position it on the exact same coordinates, on every frame it appears on. No automatic way of doing it, that I know of!

Bacon, eggs and sunshine are still good for me!

if it doesnt need to move at all u dont need keyframes, if u dont have keyframes then it wont move, it will get the position from the first frame which should be the only keyframe.

I learned a bit yesterday, today i learned a lot, imagine what i'll learn tomorrow!
