MOSS SSP Crawl Issue

I am receiving the following error in the crawl logs when indexing an exchange public folder:

"rb://myserver/public/group/it team
Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040E4D"

The first log message indicates a success status. The default account has access to the public folder. What is the problem? Thanks.
