Monitoring Email usage

Currently we have a system in place to monitor website usage. However we are not able to monitor the productivity of users sending and receiving email. Is anyone aware of a free tool or low cost solutions for monitoring corp. email accounts.

We have about 50 email accounts and currently our email is being hosted by a third party. Most our users use outlook express or outlook.

We do have have a company policy on do's and don't's, but we have no way of monitoring this.

Your input would be a great help.

You need to check with the service providing email.

They currently do not have anything that will monitor email usage. I was hoping someone there was some type of client at a low cost we could install on the users machines
