Hi,

I have a ICP3300 with MCD 4.0, recently I configured a PRI to send calls to corporate cells, internal extensions (Mitel 5312) are 4xxx and cell extension are 6xxx. When a cell extension makes a call to a internal extension the telco sends a prefix on the origin and destination numbers, so if 6543 calls 4321 on the PRI I get 7056543 calling 7054321, in order to place the call on the correct extension on the trunk I absorb the first 3 digits so I get 4321, but in the display of the set I get the caller id as 7056543, Is there any way to hide the 705?

Thanks in advance.

Caller ID digits are not able to be modified. You can only choose to display them (or not)
