Greetings all,

Just to preface my question, I do not typically support my company's web servers but have been asked to wear this hat to help solve a problem.

One of our developers drop an application which he says calls on mod_include. I checked the httpd.conf file and it says it is loading it, but he says the true test is to run the command httpd -l, in which case it does not appear to be loaded.

Do need to compile a new version of apache with support of mod_include? If so, where can I find proper documentation to perform this task? If not, what steps can I take from here to resolve this issue. I have scanned apache.org and google.com all morning without much luck.

Thanks in advance,
-BP

Issuing [tt]httpd -l[/tt] only displays the compiled in modules. If you instead compiled mod_include as a module, it will be loaded dynamically if you have the correct lines in your [tt]httpd.conf[/tt]. Have you made sure that mod_include is in fact not working and do you have Includes enabled for the directory? //Daniel
