Mobile Redirect on ASP server using HTML

Hello,
Looking for help with setting up a mobile redirection with PHP/or ASP.
I built an HTML smart phone website and need to install it on the customer server.
I believe the server uses PHP as I am presently trying to activate a solution found and have php errors.

ISP won't supply domain alias or a control panel. Client would like to stay with them if possible.
