Hello
I have a MMR4 and have notice a big difference in voice quality of the wav.file greeting,
when a inbound caller accesses the greeting it sounds like crap.
Yet when a greeting is created using a old fashion way thru the telephone set
handset, sounds a lot better.
Question: Is there anyway to improve the voice quality of a wav. file greeting.

Thanks

HD

What are you using to record your wav files?

Download a wav file from the MMsg, and compare the format and waveform with something like Audacity

Personally, I take voicemail wav files, import them into Audacity, compress them, normalize them, and export back out.

TTT
Downloaded Audacity and will work with the MM wav.files..
Thanks for the info.
