Mitel SX2000 Light ~ Voicemail

Hi All

A bit of guidance please re voicemail on the SX2000 Light system.

I beleive we are using a built in voicemail system, is this likely - does the system has this capability (built in voicemail)?

1) If it does - can it autocopy messages to other mailboxes?

2) Can Multiple extensions be associated with a single Mailboxes?

there is no embedded voicemail in an SX2000.
