MITEL SX 50 Call Accounting, dead printer

Hi,
I have everything in working order, over Serial port to serial/usb converter setup on com10 port on computer. I receive everything on Hyperterminal on computer. But once a day, I get "dead printer" message, Call Accounting stops working, nothing is send anymore until I restart Mitel SX 50.

*75+0 and *75+# does not work.

What could be the problem? Thanks for your help
