I have 2 MiVoice Office pbx's and would like to connect them together I have them networked through a vlans and can ping both from my laptop
i ran the wizard for netorking and i think i have it correct but i am not sure. 97001 is node 1 with a p6003 and 97002 is node 2 with p6002. I was not able to change 97001 to p6001 in the wizard. and when i dial the extensions 97001 on 97002 it says destination unreachable. Much appreciated with any help.

Best practice is to assign Node 1 with P6001 and each Node added there after in sequence (using the drop down to select the P6XXX.
It sounds like the assignments do not match each other between the systems.
Node 2 has to be assigned the P6XXX that you program in Node 1 and vis-a-versa

Open Devices Folder-IP Connections and change the ext. of the Proc.Module to P6001
If applicable, Assign the Expansion Card a higher P6X99 number that will never be used.

I don't use the wizard but program networking sites frequently.

After you've completed programming, I usually reboot both system and watch message print. You should see the Nodes establish connectivity. Then do an extension import/export. Then place your test calls between sites.
