Mitel MCD SP1 - Campon Feature not working

Hello,

Prior to moving to MCD 4.0 SP1 our company used the Camp-on feature to let people know when they are on the phone who is calling. Now when a 2nd call comes in it goes direct to voicemail, showing Call History missed call.

Verified the following:
*Call Forward when Busy is off
*COS - Camp-on Recall Timer 10

Any help would be much appreciated.

The Auto Camp-on Timer was set to "BLANK

For Campon to function, the dialled device must otherwise return busy tone. If any routing or forwarding of the device will direct the call elsewhere when busy, then campon will not apply regardless of campon programming.

You say the calls are going to VM when busy. You must remove the busy routing to VM for campon to work.
