Hello. We have been asked by our end user's if we are able to recover deleted messages from our NuPoint Unified Messaging system. We run scheduled backups at 2 a.m. each evening. It seems we ought to be able to do this. How would one go about checking? Thank you

far as I know they are gone. The space probably gets overwritten pretty quickly on the hard drive. Best you have I think is using the star if you mistakenly delete a message and you want to get it right back. That's gone once you log out.
I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
