Mitel 5000 system Forwarding not working

I have program System Forwarding path 1 to go to an extension 2222 and then voicemail. In the extension 3333's forwarding path, I have assign it to forwarding path 1 but when calling the extension when no answer, it always go to voicemail instead of going to ext. 2222 and then voicemail.
Seems like something is overriding the system forwarding path and I have cancelled all manual call forwarding.

 
Do you end up in MB3333? Is x2222 idle & available? Is there any manual forwarding on x2222?

yes, the call end up to MB3333 and ext. 2222 is idle and available.
I am not sure if there are any manual forwarding on x2222, this is a new extension that i just created. If i were to call ext. 2222, it rings and then to its VM.
 
So x2222 must be using a different forwarding path to get to VM? Are you testing with IC calls and are IC calls flagged in sys fwd on x3333?
 
Use forward path 2 you may find it works I find 1 is only good for vm

If its not broke tweak it..
 
Dynamic Extension is enabled i would presume. If you I/C from another extension does the display read "call routing for" ext 2222. If so it is enabled.
