Mitel 5000 IP Set 5320 w/Wireless Headset

When the customer is using their wireless headset (the one that connects directly on to the phone) and another call comes in, there is a "call waiting" tone that is heard in the earpiece. Is there any way possible to disable this and have any additional calls actually ring the telephone?

I'm ptretty sure that Its a feature not a fault , any time a line rings on the phone , the headset will hear it.
only option is to turn off ringer for other buttons or not to use integrated headset.

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Didn't think the wireless module was supported on the 5320?
