Can someone please once discribe me how to deploy / setup this configuration !! The manual has not really helped me!

Actual the TW is in gateway-mode < DSL connected to WAN-port of CXi >; in future the DSL is to be connected to a firewall (UTM 120) and therefor i have to switch the TW into server-only mode i think. I've already made a reconfiguration, however, this ended in one way audio. I'm first of all interested to the fundamentals, just ask for further details if needed.
THX in advance for your hints to find the right boarding!

*note I have no experience in setting one of these up, but I know a few other things that may help*

The good news sounds like you have it configured properly, otherwise you wouldn't get any streaming at all. One-way audio scenarios are 99.9% firewall issues. Now you just have to figure out where it's happening. I'd use tcpdump on MBG as a start.

A good place to start is to tell us which direction fails.

Almost always, blocked audio is from the 3300 outbound. This is because the network routing is sending the voice packets out the standard internet route instead of thru the teleworker WAN port, or in the case of server only, the return packets are not being seen by the Teleworker server.

This is due to the fact that once the call is answered, the call control is handed off to the devices (peer-peer).

Most likely place to check is the gateway setting of the phone set. This gateway must route packets for the TW thru the TW Server.
