I have an application which monitors the calls in a CTI queue. Rather than use ACD for distributing the calls from this CTI queue, the calls are listed on the agents screen. An agent will cherry-pick from the list of calls in the queue. The question is can I get this to work using the MITAI interface?

An answer would require someone to know the application and how it would interface to MITAI. Don't think you will get an answer based on your info.
