I am missing some of the basic built-in functions like DATE and RTRIM. Which references are these in? None of mine have the word MISSING in front on them.

I am using Access 2003 in Windows 2003 Professional on a new PC.

Thanks,

Sandy

I had the same problem with a VB6 program when I changed computers that did not have the same version of MS Word that I had referenced.

I had moved the code to another computer to work on it.

Not sure if that will help.

Hi,

Usually this means dat there is a reference missing. It doesn't Uave to be the reference containing the funcion that is reported as missing!

Check in VBA the references, and if needed uncheck them (press ok)and check them again.

I unchecked and rechecked the references, and it worked. Thanks for the help.
