Middle of nowhere DSS only available fax question

Hope someone could help us, we are out in the middle of no where we can only get DSS service. I cannot get a PRI I would like to get caller id but the company CenturyLink cannot get me a PRI. They said they can do SIP to PRI I have 20 fax machines several run at once. Has anyone had luck with just SIP for fax machines or SIP to PRI?

In my experience, faxes do not play well with so, even if it's a PRI handoff.
