Hello is there a way I can have a pre-recorded greeting and activate that greeting from outside the office we would like to have a bad weather greeting pre-recorded so we can activate from home if we cant open the office

We have a messaging 4.0

go into the scheduling and activate and record a temporary greeting, you can do that for up to 7 days in advance.
