message waiting indicator light

Hi

I have an intuity Audix LX and an 8700 duplicated server on one site Main site) and an 8700 duplicated ESS on another site 2miles a way with an ip link between the two sites. Th issue i am having is i have agents who use group voice mail boxes, for example voicemail box extension 1160 is an xport which has a cover path that goes to vmail. when somebody dials the main number they goto a vector and in this vector there is a skill (200)( all of the agents in this skill have 1160 in the message waiting indicator field on each of their extensions). If the call is not answered after 20 secs by an agent there is a route to step to goto vmail box 1160 customers can get through and leave a message fine but the message waiting indicator does not light up on the agents phones. They used to light up when we used a slim audix on the main site where the 8700 is
please help.
 
do you have LX set on the agent station form, AUDIX Name for Messaging:

 
Thanks for the idea buddy.

When i press F5 at the field you are talking about i only get the option to type audix if i try LX it doesnt accept it.
